Jhonathan and John Gasca

The Gasca Brothers, along with their families own and operate Zarza farm in Buselas, Huila and are 4th generation coffee farmers. Taking the skills they learnt from their parents they have sought further education expanded their offering and processing methods. They are extremely passionate and progressive farmers who practice holistic and sustainable growing methods including the use of bee hives throughout their farms to help with pollination of the coffee plants, while creating some pretty incredible tasting honey. They are growing their operation and putting processing practices in place to increase quality and consistency.

We are excited to be working with Zarza farm in the future to bring you their beautiful
coffees. Zarza bombona estate is the base to our Nest blend and consists of Caturra, Castillo & Columbia varieties.
